The fat separators should be installed at the exit of the kitchen in order to avoid that the residual water coming from them mix with the wastewater from the rest of the building before being treated.
Grease separators
Description
Function:
Thanks to a suitable retention period the fats and oils are separated from the water through the difference in density. The outlet tube for water can be found in the middle section of the separator, therefore avoiding the escape of accumulated fats from the upper section.

Used in restaurants, hotels, meat industry, catering companies, etc.
Characteristics:
Producing from 2 up to 12 l/sec which corresponds to a maximum of 1200 meals/day. Manufactured in GFRP.
